Rates are in US dollars per one million tokens. Requests that hit the prompt cache are billed at the cache read rate, and cache writes are billed at the input rate.

How plan value is calculated
Every plan includes a weekly usage allowance metered in dollars at the PAYG rates above. A month averages 4.35 weeks, so monthly value equals the weekly allowance times 4.35. No rounding tricks: Builder includes $10.00 of usage every week, which is $43.49 in an average month, on a $20 subscription.

What that buys in tokens
Estimated monthly tokens from the included allowance, using a typical agent coding mix of 10% fresh input, 20% cache writes, 60% cache reads and 10% output. Heavier cache use stretches further; longer outputs use more.

Limits and refills, in plain terms
Allowances refill every week, not once a month. A rolling five-hour window inside each week smooths bursts, so no single session can drain the whole week. When you reach a limit the product shows exactly when it resets. There are no automatic overages and nothing is ever billed on top of your subscription.
